Key technique problems solved and technique applying during the bumper trim mould manufacture: Successive ejecting repeatedly for mold applied nitrogen cylinder, injection machine ejector and mechanical moving compatibly by gear and rack. Inner slider mechanism with part sliding out from side (mold drop-off). Ejector block side core pulling and self-pop-off. Special shaped guide track side core pulling. Multiple drops sequential pinpoint hot-runner. |
Q: Can you list your main customers ? any maintenance or service locations overseas ?
A: Hi, We make mold tooling and support most for Ford, Honda, Toyota, Geely, Soueast Auto. At present we have no overseas tool room or agent but in the near future we are going to work on this, before that we will afford maintenance fee if its our duty.
Q: How many bumper moulds ( including big bumper kit mould) can you make once ?
A: Hi, 12 to 15 sets of injection moulds for bumper and its big trim simultaneously.
Q: Can you get any recommendation from well-known automobile giants?
A: Yes of course. Ford, Mercedes Benz and others.
